• Free standard shipping on US orders over $95.
• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch.

• We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping protection

At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection for $3.99. It covers packages that are lost or stolen in transit, which standard carrier service and our regular returns policy do not cover.

• What it covers: a package marked delivered but not received (porch theft), or a package lost by the carrier and not delivered.
• How to claim: email support@zynosupps.com with your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will reship the order or issue a refund, your choice.
• Not covered: items damaged or incorrect on arrival are always handled free under our returns policy, so you do not need protection for those. Protection is optional and never added unless you select it.
